There are many steps involved in evicting tenants.
These include but are not limited to:
- Preparing and Serving tenants notice of arrears and filing the appropraite paperwork with the Landlord and Tenant Board;
- Filing the Certificate of Service;
- Preparing and filing the application with the Landlord and Tenant Board;
- Representation at the Tribunal(s);
- Filing an eviction notice with the Sheriff's office;
- Attend Tenant Eviction;
- Coordinate Lock Changes (required).
