The Rent Protect Program is designed to mitigate the risks of unexpected vacancies associated with Tenants that TPC has located. These types of vacancies can result from unforeseeable factors, and can take weeks to months to resolve. By subscribing to our myFreedom plan, TPC will ensure that your rental income is supplemented in a prompt fashion and will take immediate action against the responsible parties to recover costs.
As a myFreedom subscriber, you can be positive that TPC will:
- pick up where the problem tenant has left off in terms of rental payments for a period of up to 6 months.
- find a quality replacement tenant at no extra charge.

The TPC fall inspection is designed to ensure the value and integrity of your property.
Once a year, TPC will conduct this inspection to ensure that:
- Unreported maintenance problems are addressed and resolved.
- Your property will be winter ready.
- All appliances, smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors are tested and in working condition.
- Plumbing fixtures are assessed for leaks.
- A photographic portfolio of property is constructed.

Like the Fall inspection, The Spring inspection is our way of making sure that your property is intact following the cold winter months. Don’t rely on tenants to report all potential problems. We will send in our staff to ensure that you house remains in good condition all year round.

The TPC Move-in/Move-out inspection will protect the condition of your property and ensure tenant compliance with tenancy agreements. It also provides an opportunity to address maintenance issues that may not have been reported during the course of a normal tenancy.

Any non-resident of Canada that owns and rents their property is subject to a 25% withholding tax on their gross rental income. It is possible to reduce or elimate this withholding tax altogether.

myWealth and myFreedom: TPC, uses an online web-based portal that provides clients with their own account where rental income, expenses, reports and can be viewed, tracked and printed at any time. TPC will also store scanned copies of all original documents pertaining to the rental of your property.
